Since 2004, the FRANCEP Research and Development Department has created numerous recipes featuring ready-to-cook wild mushrooms.
The continual quest to develop combinations featuring a vast number of vegetables, shellfish, meat etc. enables FRANCEP to bring together a range of well-balanced tastes and flavours that can be found, for example, in the fried chanterelles, cream of shallots sauce and duck gizzards and wild mushrooms dishes.
